After exploring a variety of local schools and not seeing the quality of training that I was looking for, I decided to contact Sifu Dooley to have a trial class with the academy. I was hooked and have not looked back. I have lost nearly 15 pounds in the 3 months I have been with the academy. I have gained strength and flexibility in areas that I never had previously. This is traditional Kung Fu training and it is very difficult. Each class will challenge you to push your limits and in short time you will begin to develop skill and power. I highly recommend this academy to everyone men, women and children alike. Sifu Dooley is an incredible instructor who has a genuine love and desire to teach Kung Fu.”
