Don't get me wrong - those options can be great, but Taylor Training Systems is different. This is a place where you can come and feel home. You can walk away for an hour and focus on YOU. Surrounded not only by regular people who are all just trying to be better each day, but supported by a coaching team that genuinely cares with everything they have. Jeremy, Nick and the other coaches are great in that they are SO approachable. There are no dumb questions. There are no stigmas. The programming is intentional and they LOVE to tell you why you are doing something and why it is important. This has changed my mindset from the goal being such an intense workout that I am crawling out the door after, and it is so refreshing. Plus all the value adds like the podcast, nutrition help, etc. etc. So grateful for this space and most of all these people.”

Alex, the office administrator, was courteous and helpful in getting my appointments set up and making sure they were convenient. “I want to let everyone know about my wonderful experience at Revive Physiotherapy! I was having severe pain in both of my shoulders. The pain was very intense and kept me awake at night. I went to a well known doctor in Jacksonville and he prescribed physical therapy with a possibility of surgery. I went to a PT office in Jacksonville and spent 4 weeks doing PT and received zero relief. I felt like I was just a number because the therapist was seeing me and several other patients at the same time. The doctors had no clear diagnosis but wanted to do exploratory surgery on my right shoulder. I have no interest in unnecessary surgery. I looked for alternatives that might help. My wife found Revive Physiotherapy on the internet. I made an appt and met with the owner Catherine Rada. I noticed right from the start her professionalism and that she truly wanted to help me with my injuries. I started the physical therapy program with Catherine that focused on stretching different muscle groups and working on specific joints and their movements. While I was there I received one on one care since she only sees one patient at a time. She has helped me strengthen my shoulders and found other problematic areas that were also hindering my movement. She showed me many different workouts and stretches that I could do that would help me heal and stay pain free. After 3 months of work with Catherine at Revive I was feeling much better and was able to get my shoulder mobility back. I have kept up everything that she showed me how to do and I am now completely pain free. Best of all I no longer have to think about surgery and the long recovery.”

“Dr. Pineau has worked with my mother, sister, and myself. We have an inherited condition called familial adenomatous polyposis or FAP. Dr. Pineau performed many different techniques on each of us, preventing cancer. I ended up moving to North Carolina in 2013 and have had three types of cancer since moving away from St. Augustine. I miss Dr Pineau. He is wonderful! If you need an awesome gastroenterologist, go see him and Dr. Etzkorn at Borland-Groover. They have offices in both St. Augustine and Jacksonville Florida.”
