At momentum you have a personalized experience to your fitness goals, and more importantly- and what I believe sets momentum apart- trainers and staff who are competent and not afraid to push you to meet those goals. The facility is perfect for those looking to focus on their training rather than figuring out what floor the treadmills are on. Me personally, they got me in a healthier mindset and to 20 pull ups and 90 push ups within a month. I definitely hold massive respect for these trainers and will likely remain with them for years to come.”
