  Dr. Stone took care of my dog who lived to be14 years old. He was very patient and caring. Four years ago he diagnosed her with Diabetes. He always took my calls when I wasn’t sure of how much Vetsulin to give because she wasn’t eating. He treated her for her Arthritis and kept her going when other Vets would have given up hope.. I can’t say enough about what a great Vet he is.

  Took Atlas to VTC in Groveland when he blew out his knee. Atlas is 5 years old and weighs 130 lbs. Dr. Stone operated on Atlas's knee. Much better than the big factory in Maitland, AVS. We had a big German Shepherd before Atlas that we took to AVS for their 'new' technique. Traumatic for us and our dog. Recovery very long, 6 months of no running and jumping. Plus very expensive and extra costs besides the surgery. Staff seemed cold and distant.
  At VTC in Groveland, Atlas was walking on his leg just fine after surgery and his recovery has been quick. Remarkable the difference between this old technique and the 'new' technique. Old technique much better for our Atlas. The Vetenarian at VTC has wonderful stories about his experience and life. All this at just over half the price of AVS's surgery. Thank you Dr. Stone for fixing Atlas, worth the slightly longer drive.

  Dr. Stone is the best Veterinarian I HAVE EVER MET! He has been taking great care of my furbabies for the past few years. No matter how big or small the situation is, he's always was super compassionate, listened to me, and provided the best care for my pups.
  
  He is a very honest doctor and funny as well. I would recommend him to anyone who truly cares about how their animals are treated, as I have had my fair share vets over the years and he is absolutely the best!

  My beagle jumped off the bed and injured himself, holding his leg up I was concerned and took him to an emergency vet. This happened to the Friday of memorial weekend. The following Tuesday I tried to reach that vets office to schedule surgery for a torn ligament in his knee and they told me that it would be the end of June before they can get them in on the schedule.
  
  I frantically called around and found Dr. Stone. After speaking with him directly on the phone he explained to me his experience with this particular injury and surgery and asked if I could bring my dog in for a no-cost evaluation an estimate of the surgical repair. Dr. Stone was very accommodating and squeezed me in to his busy schedule to take care of my dog. He was very thorough in explaining to me everything that needs to be done why it needs to be done that way, The follow up visits with therapy and approximately how long it would take for my dog to have a full recovery, of course depending on circumstances once he could open up the knee and look at it.
  
  Once we got there my dog was extremely stressed, and so was I… But Dr. Stone assured me it would be OK and he would go ahead and keep My dog that day and do the surgery the next day. Fortunately everything went very well and I was able to pick up my dog today. We are back home, my dog is resting well & doesn’t seem to be in any pain or discomfort.
  
  I just wanted to say thank you again to Dr. Stone and his staff I am grateful to have such a good vet in our area for urgent care and emergency services and surgeries.
