I have been trying to disconnect my service with AT&T for months now. Over 8 telephone calls and two visits and still not resolved. At&T is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
The store doesn't have a bathroom for the public to use. They say go down the street to customers. Can you believe it??
I would rather go to a dentist for a root canal than deal with AT&T
(May 28, 2019, 5:40 pm)Yesterday my son and I went into at&t to upgrade his phone and add another new phone for myself to be put on his account. We were helped by one rep who wasn’t very thorough and had to come back the next day to complete the process. In coming back, I ran into Terrence and he was extremely helpful and got me all set up and ready to go. Very satisfied with Terrance and his service.
(April 21, 2019, 8:28 pm)Terrance was AWESOME!!! Went in to upgrade some lines and purchase some new accessories. Terrance and the Manager Larry delivered top notch service. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and only waited about 5 min. I’ll make sure to send everyone I know to see the A-Team, Terrance and Larry.
(April 8, 2019, 7:07 pm)Terrence is wonderful!! We first went through him to set up our new phones and plan a few months ago and it was a great process! So he said if we needed to add anything to our plan or had questions to call or text him! And we have definitely done that! I (Jessica) wanted to add an Apple Watch to the plan so I messaged him about some details and he got right back to me and I drove the hour to come see him! Was greeted at the door by another representative and Terrance finished up with another customer and shortly was helping us! The process was again simple and painless. This is the first cell phone store we look forward coming into! Thank you Terrance for your help and patience with us!! (Jess Lindsey )
