  Staff overall was outstanding and very personal. My mother was treated as an individual not a room number. The Physical Therapy staff really helped her excel and get home fast. Awesome place!

  I was a registered nurse there for little over a year or so....l truly thought that this was a great LTAC facility. About a year after I quit there, my neighbor needed a place for rehab from a hospital in Orlando,and I recommended this facility to her and her husband. She was there for approximately three weeks and loved it....the care she received was nothing less than great. Some of the same caretakers I worked with were still there, which was nice to see.

  My father spent his last 2 weeks of his life at this facility and although the first few days of his stay were less than ideal with some staff members seeming to be indifferent to his needs, the rest of his time here we felt he was well cared for with very supportive, caring staff. My mom rarely left his side and was allowed to stay with her husband night and day. We had many family members visiting frequently and the staff even offered beverages and snacks. A very difficult time was made easier with the care he received. I would, however, recommend having a family member or friend stay with your loved one while in hospital care if they are unable to do much for themselves as the floor often seemed understaffed so personal attention was less than desirable. Thank you to those of you who showed compassion and care despite the tough workload.

  This place is amazing! I looked all over Northern and Central Florida for the best Long Term Acute Care Facility for my wife and this place appeared to be head and shoulders above the rest. So, this is where I took my wife and so glad I did. The professionalism and care here is phenomenal and they did everything they promised. Their CEO is extremely caring and involved, as he visits every patient every day. From the top down to the bottom, all the employees were upbeat, caring and demonstrated tremendous teamwork. We were there a month and I just can't say enough good things about the care for my wife. This place is a beacon of hope for those looking for a safe place to take their loved one.
