During that time, I was still working full time and had to relay upon company's such as your own for help. To say that I have been disappointed in all of them would be an understatement. I have had to deal with aids not showing up, then I would call the company they were assigned from and getting no help whatsoever. I have had aids steal from my relatives while I was at work and have had to deal with aids that were not doing the job that they were hired to do. All in all it was a nightmare. You have hired wonderful aids who not only show up when they are supposed to but are very caring. In one instance, the aid was not able to make her shift and Alexander himself went to take care of my patient for the day! That is what I call awesome customer service.
