  We had Andrew come into our home and consult us for our family’s needs. We felt so comfortable with what he and his brother are trying to accomplish! We are excited to be able to use them, although our needs are minor, they’re definitely a company who truly cares about what they do. Thank you guys!!

  Dear Family Values,
  
  I am writing this letter to thank you for starting your company, Family Values. Over the past decades, I have been a caretaker to my mom, dad, sister, grandmother and brother. During that time, I was still working full time and had to relay upon company's such as your own for help. To say that I have been disappointed in all of them would be an understatement. I have had to deal with aids not showing up, then I would call the company they were assigned from and getting no help whatsoever. I have had aids steal from my relatives while I was at work and have had to deal with aids that were not doing the job that they were hired to do. All in all it was a nightmare.
  
  About 3 years ago, I became a patient advocate for an elderly women. When I first started she utilized a company whose name I will not mention, but that was just a nightmare and incredibly stressful to deal with. Again, aids not showing up and I would call the company to no avail. This company made my job much more stressful and difficult that it should have been.
  
  Luckily for my patient and myself, you started your company. I have been working with you for over 6 months and it has been absolutely wonderful. You have hired wonderful aids who not only show up when they are supposed to but are very caring. In one instance, the aid was not able to make her shift and Alexander himself went to take care of my patient for the day! That is what I call awesome customer service. Also, if I have ANY questions or need assistance, you company always answers the phone and is willing to help me out whatever the situation may be.
  
  Thank you, thank you, thank you, for taking such great care of my patient and making my job much less stressful. Know that your company is "on the job" is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

  I had an amazing experience with Family Values earlier this year. I needed to have a companion with my husband a couple mornings so I could get out without worrying about him since he was having some dementia issues. We had a wonderful experience with a caregiver companion starting in May and in July it became obvious we were going to have to have more than a companion. My husband ended up in the hospital in July and when suddenly with out much notice the doctor told me he would be releasing him, I knew I could not possibly handle him by my self since he was having difficulty walking. I called Andrew and Alexander and told them I urgently needed help. When we arrived home at about 3:00 not only was there a caregiver there but also Andrew and Alexander were there to ensure we got in the house and transitioned to having a caregiver. I was speechless. These two are the most caring individuals to be the owners of a company but also want to make sure the client is taken care of. They checked in many times to ensure my husband was well taken care of since he was going thru some very difficult behavioral issues making it difficult to get him into bed at night and up in the mornings. We had the caregivers 8-8:00 daily for three weeks then moved my husband north to be near our daughter. Unfortunately my husband passed away in September but it sure was comforting having the care Family Values provided. Their caregivers are just as caring as they are.

  What a great find. I just had an ankle surgery and am single. I needed help with everything. I was referred to Family Values and the twin owners, Andrew and Alexander, have exceed expectations. Both of them have made special trips to my home for specific help and advise. My caregiver, Mary has been just wonderful. Not only is she a true professional, but she doest with a smile. Despite my tough situation, I look forward to her visits, and we always have a good laugh about something. She has a warm heart and a beautiful spirit. I hope you never need these services, but if you do, Family Values is your best bet.
