  New storage location, large, paved, covered and pristine. Location is very convenient and just minutes from our home, I-75, the Turnpike, etc. it’s great that there’s a dump station, potable water, air and sites have electric, sufficient to trickle charge our battery. For a small amount more, it’s possible to have full 30 amp service, but we didn’t need that. David was great to work with when we first moved in, always helpful. We’re heading back north, but hope there’ll be a vacancy when we return next winter.

  We decided to store our Motorhome out of the snow this winter and this was the perfect place! Right off 75, it is very convenient to all of central Florida and there are a few campgrounds and truckstops nearby for prepping for a longer voyage after getting your rig out of storage. Dave was great to work with - and he stays on site so you have not only a very secure facility, but 24 hour on site surveillance! The storage itself is very nice - easy to access and you have amenities such as trickle charging or even 30AMP power if needed for just a little more. The price was right and it was very nice not to worry about my rig many miles away OUT Of the snow and weather. Will be back next winter!

  Could not be happier with our new storage for our motor home. Dave, the manager was more than helpful and always available. Our motor home we feel is safe and secure with the full time management. Highly recommend.
