  This is the best place for tires and auto repair. Fair prices, fast and pleasant service, very helpful. For tire repair they cannot be beat.

  I was told to go to Sumter Tire & Auto by my Mom who my Dad said was very honest and so I went. I can't explain what happened to me! It was one of the best examples of service I've been a part of. Not only was I approached and helped immediately, but I had 2 or 3 people asking if I was taken care of. By the time I got there, it took them 5 minutes to let me know that my battery was not only not the right size for my car, but was also bad. They replaced it within 15 minutes even though their business was very busy with many cars in the garage. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for tires, a battery or expert service. Thanks again for your service.

  This place is excellent!! I was riding on a flat for a few miles, I just happened to stop at this shop because I didn't have a jack or "man power"????????... These guys greeted before I could even park! ???????? I told them I just needed help putting on a spare. Without hesitation, they changed it in less than 5 minutes!! I asked them how much it was, and the boss man told me to Have a nice day!!???? Thank you guys!! You ALL were very kind to me!!

  You'll not find this kind of service anywhere,
  Before you open your door , your greeted and initial evaluation is completed right there. Your vehicle is shortly moved to a bay and your quoted an accurate assessment of your repair.
  I relocated here from SW Fl approx seven years ago, had the same mechanic for 15 yrs. It was harder to leave him then my doctor, I'm just as confident in Sumter Tire and Auto.
  I have no reservations about my wife taking our vehicles for service when her schedule works better than mine.
  I know she will be treated with respect and honesty by everyone there.
  Office personnel arevvery pleasant and well informed.

  I had two tires that wouldn't hold air so I assumed they needed to be replaced. Asked Sumter Tire to give me an estimate but after looking at my tires they told me they still looked good and only needed a repair. They could've gypped me and gotten a premature sale, but instead that moment of honesty earned them a repeat customer. Nine months later they helped me choose the best tires for my car and my wallet. Their quality work is fast and honest.
