I needed to be to my destination by the next morning so they called all over town to find the right size tires. No dice. They searched and searched their stock and found some and immediately put on the tires for me and got me back on the road. “Just had a new heat pump installed from Sun Kool. James was the guy that gave us an estimate. He is very professional and accommodating. We had bought a unit from another company a year ago and it was nothing but trouble. Finally had the old company pull it out. The crew that installed our new Carrier unit was wonderful. I cant remember one of the guys- but the other was Tony. They did a beautiful install!!! Cleaned up and showed us haw to use the thermostat. I highly recommend Sun Kool!!! They did it right where the other company installed so poorly they had to service the old unit 9 times in less than a year. We got 6 estimates and picked Sun Kool and so happy with our new beautiful unit!!!!!”
