During that time, I was still working full time and had to relay upon company's such as your own for help. To say that I have been disappointed in all of them would be an understatement. I have had to deal with aids not showing up, then I would call the company they were assigned from and getting no help whatsoever. I have had aids steal from my relatives while I was at work and have had to deal with aids that were not doing the job that they were hired to do. All in all it was a nightmare. About 3 years ago, I became a patient advocate for an elderly women. When I first started she utilized a company whose name I will not mention, but that was just a nightmare and incredibly stressful to deal with. Again, aids not showing up and I would call the company to no avail. This company made my job much more stressful and difficult that it should have been. Luckily for my patient and myself, you started your company. I have been working with you for over 6 months and it has been absolutely wonderful. You have hired wonderful aids who not only show up when they are supposed to but are very caring. In one instance, the aid was not able to make her shift and Alexander himself went to take care of my patient for the day! That is what I call awesome customer service. Also, if I have ANY questions or need assistance, you company always answers the phone and is willing to help me out whatever the situation may be. “I recently completed 6 weeks of therapy after having total knee replacement at what is now called CORA at Traverse Plaza. Right from the beginning the receptionist warmly greeted me, and on each visit Tara greeted me by name! The physical therapist, Dr. Flores, conducted a thorough evaluation and developed a comprehensive treatment plan. She explained to me the plan would be conducted by several physical therapy assistants and what I could expect from them. She was not wrong when she explained that all the techs there were professional and extremely competent! I attended 3 times per week and initially I was not a happy camper. I was very uncomfortable and by no means pain free. However Elle, Amy and Aaron tailored the sessions to meet my physical ability. With each visit I became more confident that I would meet my goal of returning to my usual activities. The folks at CORA created a family environment, one of inclusion and support. All were very attentive, not just to me, but to all of the clients that I observed. They all had eagle eyes; no getting away from poor execution????
