  Todd and helper showed up when promised, they were very polite and professional. We had a backed up main drain and he explained what he would do and the cost. They proceeded to snake the drain and he was happy to explain every step of the way to us while teaching his new helper. TODD advised me to call city utilities while he kept working and when they got there he worked with the guy till they figured it out. Had a very good first experience with Mr. Rooter of Daytona Beach and would call again. JOB WELL DONE FOR THE PRICE QOUTED. Also thanks to City of Daytona for getting to the site so fast.

  Very fast and efficient. Did not stink up the place and replaced the parts with no fuss. Dave is a very good fellow who knows his business.

  They came the day I phoned. It was a late afternoon appointment but the office called me with an earlier time which I did appreciate. I took the earlier appointment. The serviceman was very friendly and very neat and clean while in my house. He serviced the problem from the outside and had it fixed in no time. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His quote for the work was exactly what I was charged. I would highly recommend this company.
