I’m an active runner so I didn’t need an elaborate health overhaul, just the loss of certain targeted fat that hinders my training. The Metabolic Center in Daytona has been amazing - ASK FOR STACEY if you call. She has spent careful and thoughtful time with me, tailoring a program for my specific goals and answering my (countless...) questions along the way.
