(January 19, 2020, 8:45 am)Like a few of the other beach access parks in the area, Frank Tendon Park has plenty of parking, restrooms, padded play area, showers, picnic tables, and a completely handicap accessible beach ramp. Unfortunately is on part of the drivable beach so you have to stay alert, especially with young children.

(October 12, 2019, 7:58 pm)We like Frank Rendon park because they have everything a family wants/needs for a fun beach outing. They have showers and clean bathrooms, picnic tables, and bonus, a playground! Also there's a lifeguard tower right there for safe swimming

(July 31, 2019, 4:25 pm)Lovely free beach access park and playground. It has plenty of restrooms and a decent amount of parking. Its a good location and a great stretch of beaches to enjoy. If you want to be at the ocean without paying those beachfront hotel fees or taking home buckets of sand by driving your car on the beach then this is a great alternative. It's pretty busy on nice days, as are most similar parks.
