  Double bed plus sofa bed gave family of five plenty sleep space. Right on the water. All rooms face the water! Breakfast could be better, sausage patties in water is not good at all. Service was nice when asked for additional towels and beach towels which they provide.

  All the staff was very helpful and friendly. My balcony had a great view of the ocean and the river so I could watch the sunrise and sunset. The heated pool was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. A very relaxing place.

  We always come to this place when visiting Daytona. Great rooms, awesome staff and a great pool area as well. Their food prepared on-site is pretty good as well. I highly recommend staying here!

  I don't think I could have received better service here; the staff was phenomenal, they were super friendly, and helped me with any questions I had about the area. I read some older reviews that said that the place need to remodeling that must have already happened a lot of fixtures and carpeting was new. While I was here I wasn't able to use the beach much as I was on business however add to get to use it for one day and living in Miami my entire life it was a decent Beach. If I have any criticism is that the bathroom most notably the shower could have been slightly better with new fixtures.

  The hotel is clean and a little more updated than most on the strip, staff very friendly and breakfast was good.
  
  The pool is nice and there's a jacuzzi however be a little cautious about the deeper end of the pool. While the measurements show it only goes up to 5'6 (if I remember correctly), the pool is definitely deeper than that which was a concern.
  
  The only drawback was the parking situation. We happened to come on a busy weekend with big groups being there. Rarely could you get a spot in their upfront parking lot especially later in the evening. There's overflow parking in the back where it's dark and a tight fit for an SUV. Then there's additional parking across the street behind the souvenir shop. It was definitely not ideal but we made it work. Once the big groups were gone it was easier.
  
  Overall, my family enjoyed staying here in an oceanfront front room and wouldn't mind staying again.
