Hot Yoga Deland is a beautiful studio filled with great teachers and wonderful students. I love when I get to go teacher specialty workshops in Handstand Training & Master Classes in Inside Flow and Alignment.
Kirsty and Heather (the owners & teachers) have a desire to stay up to date with new techniques and continuing education. They have creating a space of community. Everyone is welcoming. I look forward to returning soon.

Had a wonderful time tonight! It was my first ever class and everyone was so welcoming and kind. Our instructor was awesome 👏 !!!

This is a great little yoga studio! It is community oriented with a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere. Mark is knowledgeable and accommodating, as are all the teachers I have encountered. They are able to meet the needs of students with a variety of capabilities in the same class – challenging the more advanced as well as showing adjustments for the less skilled or folks with physical challenges. Physically it is bright and clean. Since the shelter in place order they have been offering virtual classes and those classes have been awesome as well. There has been variety in each class I have taken because Mark is sensitive to the needs of his clientele. Since I just have to roll out of bed to attend the virtual class (as opposed to driving to the studio) I have been practicing more often. As a result I am stronger and have made more progress. For those of you looking to start or continue a practice I highly recommend District Hot Yoga both virtually and in “real life”!

District Hot Yoga is truly blessing to our community!!! Mark and his team of yoga instructors are incredible. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. There is a variety of classes offered and times which fit in well with anyone’s schedule. Everyone is welcome young and older and it doesn’t matter your if you are a beginner or an expert yogi because Mark and his instructors are there for you whatever your yoga experience maybe. Mark has made a huge impact in my yoga life and I am eternally grateful to him and all his instructors!!! Come get your yoga 🧘‍♀️ on at District Hot Yoga it will change your life!!! Namaste
