“It took months to get through to get an appointment (you shouldn't have to leave a message every time you call), but once in, it was totally worth it. Dr Aziz is very thorough and makes sure all of your meds are necessary, working and not doing more harm than good. I've only been a patient for about 6 months, but very impressed with her bedside manner.”

“I love this doctor and his staff. I just had surgery by Dr. Bautista. I was hoping there would be more reviews. In order to explain my 5 star rating, please allow me to share a quick overview of what required medical attention and his office staff and his responses to help. I have had a palonodial cyst since first discovered at age 19. I had a horrid experience of an emergency procedure to cut and drain the enlarged egg sized cyst. A different surgeon performed that procedure. On top of not knowing I was going require emergency surgery, that’s anxiety, the lidocaine did not work and I felt the needle piercing through my inflamed tissue, the knife cutting my skin, and the surgeon applying brute force to drain the cyst only to follow with him repacking it with gauze. I left the office pale faced on verge of passing out with instructions the cyst requires constant repacking to heal from inside out. Fast forward 22 years. On and off I have had complications of an occasional lump, tenderness but never inflammation till recently. I have always been told by physicians that unless it inflamed again no surgeon would remove it for medical reasons. Late July a trip to the emergency room made me relive the horrible experience all over again. Emergency room Doctor tried a large dose of lidocaine to numb it. I have never felt such an awakening pain before in my life. To feel what seemed like a 2 inch needle piercing through inflamed tissue again, hearing the doctor say they were using a #11 blade to make the incision, feeling the cut, feeling the pressure and squeezing and then feeling them pack 12” of gauze back into the cyst. I cried, groaned, grimaced, complained and did everything possible to limit movement. The pain was extreme. No scale can register it. I feel the ER made a mistake and because we have people in this world abusing pain medicine like they are tic tacs, I was forced to receive nothing. I exhibited all signs of real true pain. I cried for half an hour after till finally my wife pleaded with medical staff to aid me. 1 pill and a very weak prescription to follow. Just wait till someone from our senate or congress has to go through such a traumatic experience hopefully they will allow respected Physicians to have the ability to help a patients post pain recovery as they deem appropriate. They are the medical experts not our congress. Back to Dr. Bautista. I called his staff right after leaving the hospital. They apologized for the care I received and explained that no amount of numbing medicine would have helped. They were sad for me and understood the pain. I immediately made a follow up appointment with his office. I only went back to ER to have the 12” of gauze removed. Dr. Bautista was compassionate along with his staff. He explained everything to me and why cysts like this form. He set up a follow-up appointment and at that time we both agreed get this thing out of me. I just got home. It was a successful procedure and no one can be more honest than right after something happens like the surgery I had today. Dr. Bautista and staff at his office are God loving wonderful people. Be kind, respectful and polite. They will help you. You can sense it about him when you speak to him. He genuinely cares and wants to help. Please consider my review as a true and accurate account of my experience with him and his office. Also understand that post surgery patient care is Restricted not By the physician but by our elected officials. Thank you Dr. Bautista and staff. God Bless you!”
