“The need to keep in touch more with the members of club. The could do quarterly newsletter. I cannot still pay membership online , which is what I do with all my bills. I used to do it, changed web and now , no one seems to know how to show me how to do it. They need to hire a Pro soon, some with experience with all phases of running a club. The older gentlemen working is retired and should be retired and enjoying life. He gives it all to the club. He also has health issues now. Courts are in fair shape, still raining, do not do redo courts until rain slows down with heat. Needs to do a membership drive or something to draw more tennis players. There is a lot things to promote it, health workout room, good clay courts and hard courts. We have a pro shop, stringing of racquets. They have several ways of memberships , adults and juniors. Needs to show the club off by inviting teams to play round robins tennis play. LET'S GET ON BOARD THE BRANDYWINE TRAIN AND RIDE THE GREAT RIDE OF THE CLUB.”

“Hello my name is Mary Lou and my husband has been resident here a Brookedale in Deland, Florida since March of 2017 and let me explain how lucky I am to have my loved one in such a great facility. My loved one was in 3 other facilities before coming to Brookdale. The stress was through the roof for me. Some of the other facilities were losing his clothes, druging him to the point he would barely talk, he fell and broke ribs In One-of the other facilities. Brookdale is very different, they really care about their people and check on them often, and if there is an important issue they check on them more often and are very caring. The other thing is this facility is very very clean, this unit opened two and a half years ago, and there is no odors, and if there is they clean the person and there room immediately, it’s amazing. The visitors who come here to see him sparaticIy always tell me how clean and neat everything is and that makes a big difference. So this the reason I give Brookdale a 5 star rating, I never slept a night with peace until my loved one came here. I know people fall but the safety measures here are very good and I feel confident that his is very safe here. I recommend that people check out several facilities and compare, because after 3 other facilities this one is the best. Thank you, Mary Lou Schanck”

“I really love the new location but can yall please put in some more paper towel and spray stations. It just seems like there is not enough. I feel like I have to walk and awkwardly long distance from my machine to a cleaning station and then the paper towels are usually empty or there are 2-3 people at a time trying to get theirs. By the time I get back to my machine with the paper towel, someone else already got on it or is trying to. Other than that I'm super happy with how the new location turned out :)”

“Ken is the best of the best I was impressed when he remembered my name but then again I was going there alot but I had moved and was gone for 5 years and when I came back to deland he still remembered my name and said Hi Cari! I about dropped on the floor that he still remembered my name! Then today was an even bigger shocker the girls who usually run the register were busy so Ken took me and found me with my new last name without me telling him!!! Ken makes you feel like you're important and not just another face or number, it's hard to find this kind of personal service! Thank you Ken!!!”

“Having gone to other GNCs I expected to walk in to a normal place. You’ll ask for something and they’ll point it out. And then you go home. Well. My boyfriend and I walked in and were greeted. We asked Will for some help trying to find a protein shake my boyfriend would like. And they had samples! This was mind blowing. Free samples. Try it before you buy it. This makes the a world of difference for people like me who suck at making decisions because I’m more concerned with “what if I hate it?!” We we’re able to sample some of the shakes and find one we liked. All of our questions were met with answers and we were on our merry way! Today we went again, to buy some more energy drinks and find a plant based protein shake. Their other employee John was tremendous help in educating me on my best options (can I have someone like this for my everyday life?). Its great to know a place exists where you can ask questions and have actual answers and were people who have commitment issues can try samples before buying.”
