This is NOT a hustle you in and hustle you doctors office that has allowed 5 minutes per patient to turn a profit! I definitely recommend Dr. Milcarsky to friends and family, but I warn them that the doctor had a quirky sense of humor that he uses to set patients at ease. He's a logical, thoughtful and spot on with his diagnosis. He is great at recommending specialist- he will give you his honest opinion.”
