“I had a gash In my 2019 Accord sport with only 22,000 miles, I found the gash and my TPS light kept coming on, so after going to a local tire place they advised me I should get a new new tire. I decided to take it to Honda instead, Mr. Jonathan Rivera processed me in and Mechanic Kat came over and explained to me about better to replace tires in two's or four's and not just one. I chose two new tires vs four because they others still have tread. Jonathan ordered the tires, once they arrived he called me I returned and had them installed, I waited for the work and I was in and out in record time. Both of these employees went above and beyond their call of duty. I love that Kat is lady Mechanic who always had a smile when she greeted me anyways. Both have excellent customer service, I will come back to deal with them, both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.”

Most recently, my wife and I ran into some issues with her Dodge Journey. We decided it was time for a new car. I started research online and asked for value of a trade online too. Within a day, the GM Steven gave me a call personally to ask for my business. I stopped in to say hello and get some options. I chatted with sales person Paul, who was amazing. He gave me lots of options and made me feel at home. This continued with the finance manager, Jenn. She and I had a great conversation while we finished my paperwork. I was so impressed with the process and the people involved, I came back three days later to buy a new car for my teenagers to share.
