“I was referred to Universal Smiles in Edgewater by a family friend, after seeking a dentist for my children. We had been to a few different places before Universal Smiles, and had terrible experiences with those other places... Universal Smiles is a breath of fresh air compared to those! I am SO thankful for Universal Smiles and the amazing care my children are receiving. Before them, I was super anxious about going to the dentist to the point of where my entire day would be ruined. But with Universal Smiles, they are gentle and help you feel really welcomed there and like they ACTUALLY care for you. On top of that, their prices are extremely nice. “They have a caring staff that takes good care of my mother. The facility is clean and the food is just okay. Their Holiday events were wonderful for both the residents and the family. They have an activities director that is awesome. I am also very thankful to the volunteers that come in and entertain during the week. We are very fortunate to have this place for my mother. It takes special people to be able to do this type of work and to me they ARE very special and greatly appreciated. They should be compensated more for what they do. One negative and that is no set person to do laundry. How can you not have a person to do laundry in a facility with all those residents? Understaffing is not good and my mom ends up with other people's clothes on and hers are missing. With her name in them! Grrrr!. Need to address the understaffing . Sorry but they lost one star from last post.”

“We interviewed Dr Luong while pregnant with our daughter and appreciated the respect we were given for our choices of natural home birth, no vaccines, breastfeeding, and hands off medical approach. Dr Yee & Dr Luong are very well educated in all areas of medicine. They do the doctoring for you rather than asking you to play doctor with the famous question "well what do you think we should do". We have seen Dr Yee & Dr Luong for 9 years and wouldn't be able to trust another doctor to meet our family needs. Although we rarely go to the doctor, knowing the office is open late and on Saturdays gives us the peace of mind that our immediate needs can be met. Danielle is the office rockstar and we appreciate her attention to detail and care in handling our family needs. I thank Jessica too for her assistance in meeting our family's needs.”
