“I came to Nationwide Visual with a depressed attitude because of some bad news from my doctor. I was not expecting to be entertained, professionally treated and delightfully pleased with my encounter but that is exactly what happened. You can go almost anywhere for glasses these days but many, maybe most, don’t deliver the customer service and the “personal touch” added by Jean Creak. This was a great experience and lifted my spirits considerably. What’s as important is my follow up visit to get the glasses was just as nice and my most recent visit for an adjustment (Jean suggested I do that as often as I need to but at least every couple months). Each and every time I am treated like a valued customer, although “guest” feels like a better descriptive word. Kudos to Nationwide Vision for having the good sense to hire Jean. Kudos too, to Jean Dee”
