“Always get my mail in a timely manner, staff is nice and quick. Students work there also, but they are kind. The "complicated" pickup system one review refers to is the staff simply needing your school ID, so they can find in the system what you got delivered. Would rate 4 stars but I'm rating 5, because these 1 star reviews are exaggerating or anomalies.”
