After a TERRIBLE claim with Progressive when someone at Publix backed up into me, taking over 3 months to get my car looked at and fixed, and rate increases brought me to work with Alan and Karen in their office. They gave me a quote, which was about what I already paid, but the difference between a local agent and a 1-800 is NIGHT and DAY! The reason that brought me to write this review is two weeks after I signed up with Alan I had my car broken into and had my student text books and laptop stolen. Alan took care of me in 1 phone call and I had my broken window fixed the next day before a rainstorm came through!!! Thank you Alan!!!!!!!!”

She was very patient and took her time addressing all of my health-related concerns. She spent about an hour with me addressing everything without any indication of "rush". She explained that both her and the MD address visits together and have open communication regarding patients. "First impressions are last impressions" and I highly recommend!”
