“If you are looking to get your pilot license this is the place to go! The FBO staff is extremely professional and helpful. The owner and management are extremely involved in the operation and it shows. Their instructors go above and beyond their duty to accomodate the student needs. I only flew their C172 planes and those are kept in excellent condition. Overall a great place for anyone looking to start their adventure in the aviation world to the seasoned pilots looking to get their next rating.”

“These guys are great. I am a local CFI and rented their Arrow for my students CFI Initial Check Ride. They have fair prices, are easy to work with and Chris the lead flight instructor took the time to sit and talk to me about the area, their operation and the DPE’s who are local. We also have rented ramp space from Deland Aviation and purchased fuel here. They are all very friendly and a pleasure to work with.”

“Wow, its no longer the Youth Alternatives Runaway Shelter. Just like next door at Juvenile Detention, I stayed here quite a bit back in the 80s when it was Youth Alternatives. A lot of memories, and a lot of friendships here. Don't know where they all are now, but I'd love to find someone and see what they have been doing all these years.”

“If you work near Mannheim, the prisons, P&S, or the school board; this is a delightful place to get food. The owner is a really nice guy and is fun to talk to. The food is really good and even when I am running late the owner is willing fire up the oven to make me the meatball sub I like. I really love this place. It can be a little on the higher side, but with a gas station your only other option for a few miles it is more than worth the cost. The food here is great and the people behind the counter are wonderful.”

“The staff are very accommodating to my every need. The way things are done here are sensible and people here are really in touch! Wonderful and helpful staff and co-clients! Matthew, one of the support workers, was very very professional and helpful to me. He deserves a raise!!!! The nurses were very kind and helpful as well! This place is becoming progressive and has some room to grow! Lynda was AMAZING! I am in awe with this facility and I hope they can get the funds to expand and have more outreach for people with disabilities and different levels of mental illness. It took me a while to find a place like this that has resources for people in a crisis. They also have reasonable billing and are accommodating to people with low income. I wish it was closer to home because I would love to work here! Even though I am at rock bottom, I was able to talk to people and try to help them and it really felt good. There was this one client there that was an angel sent from above. She was one of the most caring human beings I have ever met on this planet. I hope she can see this post! I really miss her.”
