“I have been going to the Cardio Kick Boxing class and taking Kung Fu lessons for about three months now. Sifu John and Simo Lynn are very friendly people who genuinely care about your health and well being. They do not try to PUSH or FORCE you to do anything, but they offer suggestions and healthy alternatives in regards to supplements and food. Same with the Cardio Kick Boxing class, if there are exercises that you cannot do, or have a difficult time with - Sifu will show you an alternative exercise to help build your body up to be able to do the original exercise. In regards to Kung Fu - Sifu John distills his knowledge in a very easy-to-understand way and also has supporting information available from the dueling dragons website. For me personally, I look forward to the Kung Fu lessons the most as I always learn something new. An important thing to note is that Sifu John teaches to the student in regards to physical ability and what they need to progress. I find the prices to be extremely reasonable for the knowledge and care that I receive. Something else to consider is the other people who attend the classes. They have been nothing but kind and supportive to me, which has also helped immensely. This place has a sense of community to it that I have rarely experienced in my life. Since I have started this, I went from roughly 330 lbs to 290lbs and I am continuing to lose weight and build muscle. I could not get up from a chair without extreme effort and now it is effortless. I was afraid to move for fear of pain and now there is no pain. The transformation for me has been night and day. Bottom line, this is a great place to learn martial arts and to improve your physical health. I recommend coming here to anyone remotely interested in martial arts.”

“A good restaurant in Edgewater? We've lived in New Smyrna Beach for 12 years; ate at all of the restaurants. Wow!! This is a great restaurant for Mexican food. The flavors, presentation, unique blends and of course the boiling lava stone Molcajete that only exists here. Well not really. I think the Salsa Mexican restaurant is a bit better but you'd have to drive 550 miles to Asheville, NC. Added to the excellence of the food is great service by Alahandra twice and equally excellent service by Alissa. Please keep up the good work!!!”
