He is patient, kind, and open to new ideas. In the last nine months, my experience with him has been outstanding because he takes the time to make sure I understand the concepts and provides clear feedback during training. I've had other instructors and he is by far more goal oriented and he makes sure I get the forms and do the forms correctly.
