“I set my husband an appointment at this office after years of visiting Greenberg Dental. We had moved to the area about 8 years prior and I was finally ready to see a dentist closer to home and was I glad I did. Dr. P (the wife) was amazing! I loved her so much I immediately set appointments for myself and three children! When I went for my own appointment, as well as my two youngest children, I had an even more positive experience (never thought it would be possible). Keep in mind, the doctor I had been visiting for years was a pediatric dentist and Dr. P was 100x better with my seven and eight year old boys! My sons comment, “Mom, can we not go back to the mean dentist, this new dentist didn’t hurt me”! Dr. P—you rock! Our family will be going to your office regardless to where our future brings us! Thank you for caring for my children, as you would your own! Needless to say, I even grabbed a stack of business cards! Extremely reasonable prices and amazing staff! Loved everyone we met in the office! Only complaint, I wasn’t a fan of the video they played while having my work performed, but hey, I can live with that lol!”

“I find these reviews (for either Dr. Perras) almost impossible to believe and doubt that the reviewer has reviewed the right office. I have been going to this office for many, many years. It is the cleanest dentist office I have ever seen which is extremely important to me. In addition, these are the sweetest and most soft spoken group of professionals that I have ever come across. I've been here numerous times and I've never been pressured to do anything. Nor have I ever been treated as if they didn't have time for me. I've never felt judged for making any decisions that were not in line with what they suggest. This is an amazing office and again, I feel like the reviewers must have chosen the wrong dentist group to review. My kids, fiance and many friends that I know go here and their opinions are well in line of what my review says. I will be moving out of the Debary area in six months and I am so sad to leave this office. I may just drive the hour and 1/2 to continue with them.”

“This school is an excellent place to have your children educated. The school has brought the arts back into SW Volusia county. The Principal, teachers and staff, have a heart for your children's education and overall life experiences. I believe wholeheartedly that if parents are involved (and I do not mean a full-time volunteer) their students will thrive. Just taking time to find out what schoolwork they did or homework they have to do is a small thing, but shows interest. If you are interested, they will most likely be interested as well. For a very old school, where some of the teachers even attended as children, this place does a great job. Over the past few years, the school has missed a "good" grade by only a few points. Now, over the 2016-2017 school year, they have earned a B rating! This is due to the hard work of all of the educators and families (students / guardians) involved. Please don't listen to the negativity that is posted, unless you experience it for yourself. Then, do something to change it!”

“When you first call First Choice you will be greeted by Diane, Frank's wife, she will greet you happily and work with accommodating your schedule. I always say first impressions matter!! Had Frank do two inspections for us and he was very thorough and explained everything to us in way we understood. Took time out to check everything in detail, even things you would never think to check. He provided the reports to us in a timely manner & their prices are pretty reasonable too!! Well worth the expense before purchasing any home.”

“This place is located on Doyle and Providence in the shopping center there where Publix is. There's also a Dollar Tree, penny pincher for pool place,think there's a sub place, t-mobile is in there. It's an easy place to just drop off a donation for the goodwill. Pretty neat.”
