The other companies told me I would have to wait 3 to 4 months, but Amtek said 3 weeks. The crew tore off old roofing, replaced all damaged decking and fascia, replaced my skylight, and installed new roof in one day!! They picked up all debris like they were never here. Super clean, most comfortable reclining leather sofa for evening downtime, all the fixings for a perfect cup of coffee in the morning without having to run to the the store! Even disposable coffee cups I could take outside. With a full wall of sliding doors in the living room, you wake up to the most beautiful ocean sunrises! Shannon & Rick are wonderful hosts, clear communication leading up to and during my stay. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends who are looking for a place in New Smyrna Beach!”
