“Awesome experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were looking for bunnies and the young lady that helped us had all the answers, directed us to the best options for supplies and anything she didn't know she asked her manager who was also extremely helpful. We decided on our bunnies and they were even kind enough to trim their nails for us before we left. Even helped us get everything to our cat and said if we had any questions or anything to feel free to call. The store has a wide variety of pet supplies, is super clean and the staff loves their job , it shows !! Definitely gained a customer for life. This is how its done. “By far the best hospitality and compassion. What started as an awkward question after ordering. They asked, what are my plans today. I said "being with my dad whose in the hospital" he has leukemia and his blood levels get really low and he has to be hospitalized. So when I got to the window, they gave me my food and coffee and then proceeded to hand me a cake pop for my dad and I. This just showed me that compassion and hospitality still exists in the industry. It's the smallest things that happen in the lowest moments. Truly an amazing staff and thank you! “I called after having my drainage backup and attempting to clear the drain myself to no avail. I called and explained my situation, and within an hour they arrived, and within a half hour my drainage problem was solved. He had to snake from the roof vent after an attempt inside didn’t cut it. The room could have used some TLC and a good cleaning, but overall it wasn't to the point I wouldn't stay here again. The area itself was worth the money.
