“UPDATE: I have returned to this branch for a couple of bank dealings...including a new loan. This branch and staff continues to provide the best service and care for their members. Wanda Sanchez-Ortiz handled my loan and went above and beyond with staying ontop of everything and provided calls to me with updates along with dealership when more info was needed. It was an extremely busy Monday I could tell for her and the bank but she did not brush me off. It was about 5:30 pm and she was able to close on the loan that day...same day...which made me so excited!! Kudos as well to the underwriters... behind the scenes staff contribute to and are not forgotten. You have a lifetime member! This is the first time I have been in The Villages (Wildwood) branch to have questions answered on a recent closed loan. Very nice and welcoming branch! Jeannine greeted me and made me feel comfortable and at ease with asking my questions. She exudes professionalism and courtesy as well as knowledge. I was not rushed and she took the time "I" needed to understand by breaking down the numbers for me. It is rare to find someone who has a genuine caring and helpful manner as she showed me. I had such a pleasant experience I had to write a review. Campus CU has always treated me well online (Kimberly Marsh) but to know their exceptional customer service also carries to their branch representative is refreshing. Kudos!!! Very happy I am continuing a new loan with Campus CU.”

“I visit this bank often, & kept an account here for many years. (They will assist you setting one up) Sometimes it can get a little packed on certain days & times, as people flood in to deposit their checks. The line will fill & they only have 2 bank tellers to help everyone, so might have to wait in line for about 20mins. They have new self-help ATMs you could use, but a lot of people are uninformed on how to do so. I dont like the $12 monthly fee you're charged if you dont direct deposit into your account! This branch seems understaffed & also no security around, just cameras around the vault. All in all, its ok. ????”

“*UPDATE* A FL Credit Union customer service rep. contacted me and informed me that they are working on the app and that the deposit through the ATM is a feature you need to have turned on. (I've never had a bank that you had to have that feature turned on, but it's good to know it is available!) The rep. was super friendly and very informative! Good to know you guys are on it! Also, I can't stress enough about the low fees with this bank. I actually overdrew once by a couple of dollars (literally less than $5) and they did NOT charge a fee at all! I don't expect that to be the case if that happens again though. I was charged a small fee for the auto draft from my savings to my checking but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a decent bank to do business with. If they can get the app issues resolved, I will stay. The app almost never works, I dislike that you don't get to see a person except on the TV screen, and you can't make a deposit into your account from the ATM even though it says you can. The only good things about this bank are the low fees and the people on the TV screen are friendly. My friend called and told them about the app and all they did was blame it on her phone. Obviously, it's not just her having this issue. More often than not, I can't get the app to work. I will be leaving this bank. I need to be able to see my account when I need to see it without having to drive to it.”

“Confirmed existed, very hard to find though. Go to Concord D floor 3 (outer rim) and follow the sign to an escalator which leads you to floor4 and the BoA. Or take the elevator near departure level Door 3 to floor 3. The staff is impressively nice and helped me a lot.”

“I had a very pleasant experience when I walked into the bank. I was greeted right away by the bank manager and another bank attendant, they were quick to help me with what info I needed to open up my business account. I came back the next day with all my paperwork without realizing it was almost closing time. I was still attended by John the bank manager and Mel who helped me get my account all set up. I left well after an hour after closing. They made me feel like an important customer so I only have good things to say about this branch. FYI. I had walked into Chase bank next door first to open an account. I was totally ignored by 3 people at cash register. I actually cleared my throat very loudly to get some attention. The person I needed to help me was booked for the day. I was told I would get a call to confirm a 9 am appointment for the next day. I received a call at 10:30am instead. They were all confused on the appointments. I was done with Chase and ended up next door at BoA. Happy I did!!”
