“Opening up our small business account at the Windermere Trustco Bank was the BEST decision we have made in a long, long time. If every Trustco branch has the level of customer service as this one, they will be around for a long time. The 4 ladies are the friendliest and are always willing to help us out. I worked for Wells Fargo Bank as an appraiser for over 15 years and had all my accounts with them. Every time I would walk in the branch or go thru the drive in, they were always pressuring me to meet with a counselor to open an unwanted account or open a line of credit. The smallest transaction became such a hassle that I finally closed my personal accounts with them and opened new ones with Trustco. From Gabby to Pearline, to Messerrette, to Alexis, they are all so kind and helpful and really know the ins and outs of banking services without any pressure. My husband and son enjoy coming inside. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I have never had customer service from any bank, store, or business that matches the ladies at Trustco. We are always telling all of our friends to close out their accounts at other financial offices and come to the Windermere Trustco branch. “i tried them on doordash once and the food was delicious and the restaurant i usually go to for a platter of rice refused to do it ,so I went to lilys and it was the best thing I could have ever done. i ordered a platter of diri kole and sos turkey and the food was yet again AMAZING everyone kept asking where i got the food from and the customer service was AMAZING as well which is very rare for a haitian restaurant. this will now be my go to for food ! i’m obsessed wish i could give them 6 stars . the picture is a screenshot from a video.”

The tellers really are super nice, and if they don't know the answer they go above and beyond and find it for you. Recently had some international guests who needed forex services and the Tellers did their best to help & come up with alternative solutions. Even though some of it was in Travelers checks, and literally no one takes Travelers Checks anymore! Thank you! (Oh! I always go inside, have never used the drive through)”

Convenient location and visible for most drivers in the area. The drive through teller service was replaced with drive through ATM during COVID. Usually limited staff and be ready to stand in line for a bit. Helpful and polite staff”
