“I've had an account(s) there for almost 20 years, when I opened my then, minor son's savings accounts. They are both now adults and still maintain accounts with them. It's nice to see organizations that still recognize their customers by face alone. And as silly as this may sound, it's also nice to know and to still see, that when getting cash, they actually give you your money upright and in correct order. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is my youngest son is now getting payouts on an annuity, and the person that handles this apparently is newer than the last person I spoke with. A few months ago I contacted him to see where I could put these monies so that they are considered protected liquid assets in regards to financial aid for furthering his education, and mentioned to him another annuity that I was informed of prior; he stated he would look into it and call me back and that has yet to occur so my youngest son has a large sum of money just sitting in a basic savings account.”
