“I was looking for a place without so much red tape so I stopped here. I was not happy with the selection but Mike who is an amazing sales person offered to find me what I was looking for, within 2 days I got a call he had a car for me a 2009 Chevy Impala. While it did not have the low miles I wanted it did have everything else and the car runs like a dream. I've had my car for over a year and I have not had to put no real work into it. I pay my car off in 2 months and they have been great and have worked with me every time I have needed extra time to make my payment. No relationship is perfect we did have a small rough patch at first but both Mike and Sam have worked to take care of my concerns. If you communicate with them they REALLY will work with you.. thank you Sam's auto for my car I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. And for those who may wonder no I did not get paid nor am I family or friend this is an honest review from a real customer who gave them a chance and they gave me one in return. “First of all, Blake Sanchez is the guy you guys need to look for. He was very professional, very intelligent, very calm, very thoughtful, and very helpful. I had a lot of trouble getting my genesis coupe 2015 due to financial situation. However, with Blake's help, I was able to get my car after a week of fighting for it. He was helping me from the work as well as outside of the work. He always responded to me right away and kept me posted if there's any update or if he finds a thing that could improve my chance of getting the car.
