“These 1-star reviews are so ridiculous. I bought a really nice vehicle for $2k and the seller was clear that he hadn't changed the oil or polished the tires. I wasn't surprised when I needed to fill the wiper fluid or vacuum the back seats. It's a $2k vehicle with 150k miles. What do you expect? This place has an bad rep that it doesn't deserve. We called about a different car that had sold before we could make it in. Obvious red flag, but the owner proved he actually had the cars and we were just late. He sells them fast. They're good cars. But buyer beware... He doesn't do mechanic work or warranty. It's a USED car for cheap. You get what you pay for. I'm super stoked about my buy. Awesome deal. I have a little maintenance to do but it's a great deal for a strong car”

“I worked with JP Almeida on my 2019 Buick Enclave. The experience was courteous, fast and friendly. Not only do they sell affordable cars, but they are very accommodating. They quickly approved me, processed my registration fast and delivered me the car the very next day. The car is in great condition. He really cared that I was happy with my purchase and showed me videos of the car (since I was out of town). I described the problem to Glen (service mgr), and he scheduled for my car to be checked later that day. Upon my arrival, Glen took my car for a quick test drive. Once Glen returned, he showed and explained to me the problems (there were actually 2 issues). The repairs were made quickly at a fair, reasonable price, and I was soon on my way. Ora also kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean and large enough for the few of us waiting to social distance. They even changed out a license plate to keep the vehicle owner's privacy as well as to allow us to photograph the rear of the car. They loved to indulge our questions and offered up information about other vehicles. I have never been to such a friendly dealer and would love to go back!”
