“After many many months of research I finally found the truck of my dreams! Brandon Ford had it on the lot! Wife made an appointment for me and I was assisted upon arrival. Salesman was a bit busy at 9:35 in the morning and my appointment was for 10am. For $6000 savings I had zero problems waiting a few minutes. Salesman (Chris) finally got to me. Showed me the truck throughly. I took for a 15 minute drive and it was perfect. Back to finance I went. I was offered many choices on warranties but I just really wanted the truck/payment info. “I bought a used 2015 Ram 2500 pickup here 2 months ago. The salesman I worked with was Caesar and I worked with Mario for the pricing. I wanted to wait a few months to make sure the truck was solid before writing a review. They both did a great job getting me a great truck at a good price. They purchase many of their trucks at auction and put the posting up online at the total price they are in after fees and shipping etc (plus a bit I'm sure). Where they make their real money is in the dealer fees / inspection costs etc. The fees are expensive (mine were something like 2500) but when added to their online posted price, it was a fair if not good price for the truck. In the end, I looked for around 6 months for a new truck and I ended up buying it from them for at least 3k less than any other truck I put an offer on. The vehicles are used... it's up to the buyer to make sure you're getting a decent car. If you don't know what you're looking at, get an inspection done by your own mechanic (it's around $200 at most mobile mechanics) I was happy with the service I recieved from them and they also work well with tropical financial credit union to get a good deal on financing. They had quite a few trucks in their lot at what looked like great prices. I will definitely be going back if I end up In the market for another truck.”

“I have only kudos and high praise for Prostar Motorcars. Not only were they extremely professional, but they impressed me with their technical expertise, craftsmanship and kindly service. My insurance company sent me to Prostar Motorcars to get a damage estimate as part of the insurance claim process. A piece of debris struck my car while highway driving leaving a two-foot scratches across my hood. James Kumpf, the Prostar Motorcars estimator, quickly assessed the scratch and announced, “I think I can save you three hundred dollars” – the deductible on my insurance claim. James then applied a buffing compound and within three minutes, the scratch was totally gone. James then took the time to walk me through the process of “chip painting” an old grocery cart scratch on the driver’s door. He gave me a phone number to a dealership that gave me a discount for the paint. On a second appointment James showed me how to apply the chip paint along with a few pointers so that I could apply the second coat myself. For all of this help, James would not accept any gratuity for his “above and beyond” assistance. My experience with Prostar Motorcars was extremely positive; I received outstanding customer service. In my opinion Prostar Motorcars epitomizes integrity, high character and quality workmanship.”
