He went over the service details and he offered a free truck wash that was complimentary. The service I received was referred to as "THE WORKS" . I asked how long the service would take and he replied about 1 hour. Taking my vehicle back to where I purchased it was so convenient because all my information is in their data base. I am confident to take it back to Ford because I know the fluids used in my vehicle are the correct ones as per Ford recommendation. The bottom line is that my truck was ready in 45 minutes. The best part was the price. Compared to the competition Ford has the best price for service through their Quick Lane and you don't need an appointment. The best experience I've ever had anywhere .
