“My family was visiting from Canada and they not speak a lot English only French. But the manager of the store was so nice to my mom and my aunts that he said no problem. He took his phone and started using a translation application to communicate with them. They were so happy with him that we decided to come back the next day to shop for more. Because no one else in others stores were so helpful like him. I love and appreciate when stores have a good customers service. I’m so happy we found him and the store. I give him 5 starts. They really got the key things right -- provide all meals and snacks for the kids (we didn't have to pack anything the night before, so convenient!), have good hours, video cams so we could check in every so often (a grandparent favorite), give regular updates throughout the day, and the teachers and staff are caring and nice.
