“This dental office is great! Coming from me, that’s saying a lot. My father was my dentist my whole life and my mother, my dental hygienist. Finding an office that met my standards did not happen right away. My husband , kids and I have been going to this office for several years now. Toni is my hygienist and is just awesome. I’ve seen almost all the doctors for my check ups and have found them all to be thorough and pleasant. Today I saw Toni as usual and the young Dr Rosenthal and as always a great experience and my teeth feel nice and clean. High recommendations”

“My husband and I have been going to Dr. Maeso for years and even when we moved, we ended up going back to him. He is up front and honest with the needs of your teeth which is hard to find because most dentists today are only about the money makers (veneers, Botox etc.). I don’t want to hear sales pitches by dental assistants every visit and that’s what happened at a couple others we tried when we moved. I felt bad for the assistants at our last dentist. You could hear the dentist going through a checklist with them, “Did you tell her about the zoom whitening offer, does she have a mouth guard, tell her she needs to buy the dry mouth mints from us.” I can understand offering those when needed but every visit shouldn’t be a sales pitch. Dr Maeso and his office are compassionate and do an awesome job keeping our teeth and gums healthy.”

“My husband and I went to this place for two years until I switched jobs and my new dental wasn't in network anymore. I had Cigna when oak port was in network, and the staff was always very professional, polite, and informative. Maggie, the scheduling receptionist though I'm sure she handles far more than just scheduling, was always very responsive and on top of things. She always remembered my days off and paid attention to any notes in my file about preferred scheduling times. Most the time someone answered, and anytime I left a voicemail it got returned. When I had issues with my insurance giving me the go around on some things, the dental office always tried to help. Maggie is very knowledgeable about the In's and Outs of insurance. The office was understanding of my situation and needs. And when dental emergencies came up they tried their best to get me in quickly. They also only schedule who they actually have time for. I've had large more commercial like dental offices over schedule and make people wait hours past appointed time (and the large dental places that do that must feel rushed and I worry the quality of work suffers). This place never did that. They got me in and out quickly in a reasonable time. The place is clean and professional and the people are amazing.”

I hadn't seen a dentist in about 6 years before last week and both of my last experiences were memorable, but not in a good way. They did a great job with my cleaning and referred me to an oral surgeon who takes my insurance so that I can finally be pain free. “I was terrified to go to the dentist after I had bad experiences at other places. However, everyone here was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Karen did my xrays and debridement. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Wendi answered all of my questions, provided information to help me take care of my teeth, and made me laugh. She is very sweet and down to earth, and explained my treatment plan step by step. Maria was very nice and scheduled all my follow up appointments and explained everything with my insurance. Overall, a great experience and I am so glad I went!”

“First time visiting and I can tell you that it was pleasant and the office was clean and laid out well. The staff while in training is working very hard to ensure a positive customer experience. There was minimal waiting and unlike other dentist office's. We did not feel like we were on an assembly line. Just need to lose the rehearsed greeting and make it more authentic. Less a star because this is the first visit. I'm sure they will earn a 5-star rating by the 3rd visit, because we plan on returning in 6 months for follow up.”

They explained step by step what was going on and why they would be doing it. Also every time there was something new added they would let me know how much the cost would be and if my insurance covered it, that way I wasn’t flying blind when it came to the total.
