They take enough time with each patient as needed to make their visit worthwhile. Wait time at this office is reasonable as long as you make an appointment. “I took my 1 year old here for his first dentist appointment. I was so impressed with how they go above and beyond to make the children feel welcomed and excited to be there. From the moment we walked in the door, there was a sign with my sons name welcoming him to his 1st visit. The hygienist played with him and showed him around a little. And, the dentist was so patient and was able to check out his teeth without any tears shed (1 years olds aren't typically fond of sitting still). “Honestly this Orthodontist office is the best experience I've ever had of any organization I've ever been a customer of in my lifetime, seriously. I wore my braces for a little over 5 years, only because I asked the Dr. to take them off prior to getting married and afterwards I came back to get them put back on. I actually felt sad the day I was scheduled to remove my braces earlier this year, because the staff had become like a second family to me. They go above and beyond the call of duty. “Dr. Lindsay is the best dentist I have ever taken my kids to, I am so very glad I found her. I have a 2 yr old girl and a now 10 yr old boy. My 10 yr old suffered with bad dentists - unfriendly, no patience for kids, rough when checking their teeth and so on. That is until I found Dr. Lindsay! Dr. Lindsay, is very gentle with the kids, she's understanding and patient with them. She is not rough with and talks to them in a soothing voice. She lets them put on cool sun glasses and hold a mirror and explains to them what she is doing..I love how gentle she is and she does not scare the kids at all. If you don't want to have your kids traumatized with bad dental experiences, I cannot recommend this dentist enough! The whole staff is super friendly and office is kid friendly.”
