“Hotel could use some upgrades. The carpet is old. Our room AC unit broke down and needed to be replaced. So there was some inconvenience but the maintenance guy replaced it quickly. Our room window had some sort of film which blocked all the view(see photo). Location is next to beach. So you can take a nice walk in the morning & evening. Breakfast was fine. Wish there was less use of plastic. Melissa was very helpful. The other staff member wasn't as responsive. I asked for an upgrade and was told that I would be updated about availability but never got a call or message about it during the stay.”

“I am in my 50's and was apprehensive about having braces. I've had quite a bit of experience with orthodontists since I had them as a child; and both of my daughters have had them twice. Dr. Kaineg and his staff were by far the best I've ever encountered. Our youngest daughter has special needs, and needed a new retainer. Dr. Kaineg examined her and made her a new one. They even ordered an extra-strong product to make it with; so she won't chew through it so quickly. We were always treated with kindness and professionalism. I was most impressed with the efficiency of the office. Waiting to be seen and treated had always been an unpleasant part of visiting other orthodontists. We were always seen in a timely manner. My treatment lasted the estimated amount of time; and I couldn't be happier with the results! I wish we had known Dr. Kaineg, Carol, Melissa & Lindsay so much sooner.”

Dr. Radwan is extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything in terms I could understand, which put me at ease. He’s very trustworthy, caring, friendly, honest and doesn’t recommend any unnecessary dental procedures. The entire staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond their call of duty. “I made an appointment with Aspen Dental, and was very skeptical. Most dentist places aren’t their to help you. As soon as I stepped into Aspen Dental (Brandon) I felt very welcomed. After my first appointment I sat with one of the financing ladies, she was very helpful, sweet, and had so much patience. I had tons of questions for her, it was my first time talking about available financing options that they offer. She was very understanding and sweet. All the staff are very sweet as well. On 8/18 I went to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and let me tell you I had the best experience ever. No where near as painful as the stories I have heard of other people’s experience. If you’re new to the area and looking for a new dentist, Aspen Dental(Brandon) is the place for you. Thank you to all the staff, and for all you do❤️. “The doctors in this office will definitely respond to your emergency – they certainly did when I contacted them recently. I called the office on a Sunday afternoon after nursing a toothache all day which kept getting worse. When I first called, I spoke with the on-call dental assistant and explained what was going on with my tooth. Within 15 minutes, Dr. Cullen called me back and spent 45 minutes on the phone with me getting some details about my toothache. He told me exactly what I needed to do to help with the swelling and pain, and met me at 7 am the next morning at their office! Dr. Cullen was so kind and empathetic! He examined me and his assistant, Tina (who is just wonderful) took x-rays. It turns out I needed a root canal on my back molar. Dr. Cullen sedated me (using IV sedation) which was perfect for me as I didn’t feel a thing! It was overall a very pleasant experience! A few weeks later, I ended up seeing Dr. Vance. He did a new crown for me when my old one broke which was a perfect fit! He was also very nice, as was the rest of the staff. My advice, you can’t go wrong at this office”

“This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. The one thing I really liked is that they did not try to up sale me on not one thing. I told what I’m looking to do and so they are getting me in the right direction. They all greeted me by name as soon as I walked in.
