“My daughter is 17 and a patient of Dr.Yen's. We were recommended to see him when her dr at John's Hopkins Hospital stopped practicing. To be honest, I was afraid of bringing her to see Dr. Yen due to the negative reviews. However, I must say, 5 stars are NOT enough! Starting with the office staff - Tabitha and Alize, they are absolutely AMAZING! Their kindness and compassion when answering any questions regarding insurance, making appointments, and questions in general have always been over the top incredible. Dr. Yen is very thorough, explains in depth treatment, gives different treatment options, and truly invest himself in the patient. He takes his time and we have never felt rushed. He has also been compassionate and kind, listening to what my daughter has to say about her pain and validating her feelings. We drive over an hour to see him and it's worth every mile!”

“I was struck by a vehicle in the year of 2006. I've had neck, head and facial pain for a number of years. I've had cat scans, MRIs, physical therapy on two different occasions and several epidural and occipital nerve blocks for my neck. The injections helped my neck but the headaches continued. My primary physician suggested I see Dr Fischer from Northshore Hospital in Miami Florida. I was reluctant, but I visited him anyway. The best thing I could have done!!!. Dr Fischer listens to your concerns and is very compassionate and knowledgeable..He placed me on a specific regimen of medicine and within 3 weeks, the pain is subsiding. But I have to continue the regimen. Thank God for you Dr Fischer.I can function again.Bless You”

“I have had skin cancer 4 times now. 2 of those were removed by Moh’s Surgery because they were on my face. This most recent skin cancer was Moh’s surgery performed by Dr. Dorton at Bay Dermatology. I have to give him 5 stars. I would give him more, if possible. He did a beautiful job of minimizing scarring. I pulled my bandages off about 28 hours after surgery today because the bandages were covering my earlobe and it was pulling every time I moved my head. However, when I removed the bandages, I saw that the cut went vertically from the top of my earlobe to my jawline, along the front of my ear. (No wonder it was covering my earlobe!) I couldn’t have asked for a better cut line- it won’t even be noticeable once it heals. I am so pleased at the job he did- I thought the surgeon in Spokane who did my first Moh’s surgery did a great job, but the work Dr. Dorton did is even cleaner. Thank you, Dr. Dorton!”

“Dr. Amy and staff are amazing. She removed a mole on my neck today that has been a pain in the neck, no pun intended, for years. While I was talking to her, I didn't even realize she was finished that quickly and with no pain whatsoever. She also gave me a thorough check up. This is a tough one to review as each person could have a very different experience with the same doctor's office due to the many different sets of people that work at an office. Personally I love my doctor here. When he comes in to greet me he has obviously read my history as he always already knows what I have already gone through and what I am currently doing. I also don't feel rushed by him no matter how long I am rambling. Additionally he seems to know quite a bit about current trends and treatments. The front office is good as well, I generally don't have to wait very long after my scheduled appointment and they are always friendly and courteous. They may be a bit tough to find as they are tucked away in the non-descript building on your right just across from the fire department after you pass the Library on your left.”
