When the NP, Iva, learned that I had come in for a particular service - that she had not been notified of nor was she prepared for - she quickly scrambled to make it happen, saving me an extra trip. So, I'm a satisfied patient. My only gripe would be waiting 45 minutes to see someone. While I understand that it's common practice and most doctors make you wait, I don't agree with it on any level and I always make it known. Other than that, well done!”
