“I am a physician myself and moved to Sunny Isles recently. I had a chance to see two other primary doctors in the area prior to my visit with Dr Schneider. The physical exam and recomendations that I received were very professional and based on good medical knowledge. It is difficult to find a doctor that combines personal touches and care for the patient with outstanding quality of care. The only minor downside is that office is extremely busy( clearly the doctor is in high demand) and sometimes does not get back to you right away. It is a minor inconvenience comparative to the service and care that I received . I will sign up to his CONCIERGE program to get attention more quickly next month.”

“Basic amenities, kind receptionists up front, rooms were clean with some not so clean spots but bed was clean and decently comfortable. Air Port shuttle picked us up on time at 5:30AM and got us there very nicely. All in all, we would come back again. It's decent, and as you would expect for a 2 star hotel.”

“Had a great visit! From the covid check-in when i entered to the services payment as i was leaving.Covid person was polite and professional. The seating was properly distanced and everyone was masked. I waited 21 minutes to be seen, and was not happy! I was greeted by Cheyene and led to a room. She was pleasant and you could see her great big smile coming right through her mask. Jokingly I told here that it was unusual to be kept waiting. She said she was sorry. She must have thought that I was a nut case because I was met right on time for my appointment. i had misread my appointment time. I apologised and told her that that was why i was there, I couldn't see my note re the correct appointment time. She answered all of my questions, laughed at my jokes and told me about her life plan. I asked her those kinds of questions. She was excited about working at Eye Associates. She made my day a bit brighter! Thank you Cheyene!
