“Barry was awesome! He not only does great work artistically to restore photos, he also give a personalized touch. You really feel as if he cares about you as a person v.s. just feeling like another customer. Barry restored my parents old wedding Photo from 1966 that was in pretty bad shape, and he did it quickly and with good quality work. The final project was a bit more painterly than I think I expected it to look (i.e. like a painting version of the original v.s. a photo like we are use to) but I realize that it comes with the territory of getting really bad photos restored. Thus, given what he was working with he did an awesome job and I'm hopeful that my parents will love it. Thanks for your work and artistry Barry!!”

“Rick and Jennifer are a first rate couple. They did so much to help me get my Santa sleigh lit up in 2016. Rick wired up the LED lights for the tour pack, candy canes, the Christmas tree and the 3-D reindeer horns. His help with the Bluetooth Santa helmet and the motorcycle amplifier was priceless. His labor was very fair. Since the 3-D plastic reindeer horns had an issue with vibration and cracking, I changed it to real reindeer horns for 2018. He took several hours to wire up my Real Reindeer horns and I know he held back on the bill to help Santa. This LED set up will light up, flash and fade. The joy to the kids is priceless Thanks so much you two.”

I was happy with this phenomenal experience in the store because it seems as every time I walk into a Verizon store if you have questions and don't plan on buying anything the employees don't seem to care about you. Dani was very happy to assist with all questions I had and explain in thorough detail. I just recently purchased a couple new iPhones so i wasn't in the market for one but I decided to buy a couple accessories honestly just because of the great customer service I received that I rarely have received in the past from Verizon employees.
