“I purchased a playground over a month ago and paid to have it installed and sealed. The paperwork says it will be installed in 3-5 business days. They didn't have anyone available for 6. Then they called and delayed it another day. The day it was built the guy didn't have a working sprayer to seal it and said he would come back. They also gave me the wrong swing. It has been two weeks since it was put up and they keep delaying coming to seal it and bring me the correct swing. I requested a discount to keep both swings due to the length of time it took to seal it and bring the swing. They offered me ten dollars off, which is sixty bucks. Meanwhile I found a swing on Amazon that is the same for $37. I understand that sealing it depends on the weather but they said they would send someone out this past Saturday then never called. I called Sunday and they said someone would call but no one did. When I called Monday they said it is scheduled for tomorrow and had no record of scheduling it Saturday. I played almost three grand for a product that has yet to be completed and am very frustrated. Update: the owner reached out to me directly to apologize and explain the communication issues. They are sending someone tomorrow weather permitting and providing the correct swing. We are hoping to use them in the future for additions to our playset which is amazing.”

I took a sample of my existing tile in to the store so that I could find carpet, tile and listello border to complement what was already in my house. The staff helped me focus my “vision” resulting in a project that looked seamless. I love it. The installation staff was comprised of professionals who took pride in their work. The project was completed in a timely manner, as promised. I will use them again for my kitchen backsplash. I highly recommend.”

“This Dollar Tree location is much better now that they reconfigured the layout of the store and it also seems cleaner - maybe they got a new manager. I love Dollar Tree. It's fun just walking around to check out all the merchandise. You can't beat it for craft and party items and holiday decorations. Sometimes they get "As Seen On TV" items and more expensive name brand items. Fun store!”
