After explaining all my needs for a chair, he showed me ones much better suited for my needs. Steven was the most professional, helpful, and easy-going individual I have dealt with in a long time. He informed me that for as much as he would love to make a sale of that price, from what I told him, there was a much better chair for almost half the cost. I had also entered a few minutes before closing, so I was actually rushing myself and pressuring myself to just choose a chair. Steven time after time kept telling me to not worry and that's what they're here for. They embody everything customer service should be.
