“I have been looking at The Rhonda White Collection for some time prior to placing an order. And although I also saw many negative reviews my daughter and I decided to place two simultaneous orders at once. To be honest initially yes, there was some back and forth and a little anxiety due to the order taking a long time to process so we did wait a month. But never once has Rhonda White been disrespectful toward us or avoid us in any way that I can recall. Yes, there was also a time when we were told that our units would be going out on a specific date and did not. But I'll tell you what, when the units finally did arrive...they were beautiful!!! One of the best quality hair personally received in a while governing the price that I have seen of late as a business owner and singer. Am I saying it's the best ever, no I'm not saying that at all because I have spent over a thousand dollars and more for a unit and will attest that that particular unit is still running it's course 6 years later. I'm so sorry to hear it when people say they are having bad experiences from Rhonda. She obviously has good "hair" contact which can be seen testament from the units she showcases right? I wish all of you a better experience with the Rhonda White Collection. Please be advise that in no way has Rhonda coerced me into writing a review as it has never been discussed between the two of us.”

“I moved to Brandon 3 years ago, and I was blessed to find Essentials shortly after moving. I have herniated discs in both my neck and low back. I have also given birth to three children in the past 5 years. Therapeutic massages from Essentials have been essential to maintaining my health. Most recently, Christopher was my massage therapist, and he is absolutely wonderful. He always listens to what my problem area is at the time, and I am able to walk out the door with more range of motion and less stress. My mother-in-law visits from New York and utilizes Essentials often for her hair. She always boasted about Kaitlyn, so I finally made an appointment for a cut and style. I must say that Kaitlyn brought my hair back to life. It is curling well again and so much healthier. Everyone at Essentials is always so kind and helpful whether calling in to set an appointment or checking out with Kelly and Candace. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon Essentials on Bloomingdale!
