They do a private one on one for the first class and our son was immediately comfortable with the coach which helped him feel comfortable joining right in with the group class the next day (he can sometimes be shy when joining in with a group of new kids). The classes are helping him with his concentration and discipline learning the different punches and sequences and working on his “moves” at home! Highly recommend :)”
